Yep! I’m running late this week. But in my defense I knocked out two major projects this weekend and managed to get Weeman’s scrapbook all caught up. (I’ll be posting about my projects later this week. They both look amazing.)
So better late than never.

Baked Chicken Taquitos made with the leftover chicken from the crockpot beer chicken.
Monday – Crockpot Chili from January’s Freezer Exchange – gotta clear out the freezer for this month’s exchange on Saturday.
Tuesday – Sandwiches – Steve is playing cards

Family Movie/ Game night – Take and Bake Pizza

Valentine’s Date for hubby and I!
I also made a couple of other goodies this weekend. I made these cookies. (Yum!) and I baked some of our favorite bread. It’s super easy and it always turns out yumm!
